(More customer reviews)I am an avid bread maker. this is my third machine. I hated to spend the money -- seems absurd to pay that much -- but it is amazing! No comparison with typical machines. (my last was a cuisinart. was ok, but not like this -- and didn't last long. six months of frequent use and it failed to properly mix. ) this one is easy to use. no need to get the temperature of the ingredients just right. the machines "preheats" to do that for you and get it just perfect. the bread quality is superior. I am absolutely in awe. I bought a bread machine recipe book to go with it and am finding it fun to experiment. I need not worry if it will be a flop! It bakes a beautiful loaf everytime. Treat yourself and your family!!

"Easy assembly" my butt. This is a decent cabinet, and quite useful (if you don't mind pressboard), but the assembly is fairly complicated. It took me about two hours. Here are some words of caution for those of you who feel tool-time enough to give this one a try:
(1) Be careful with the glue bottle. The lid on mine wasn't pushed in properly (it sits in the bottle like a cork), and it glooped all over the first piece I tried to glue. Snip the tip off just a tiny bit larger so you won't have to squeeze it so hard, but don't snip too much or you'll have glooping for other reasons.
(2) Sort all the hardware, pegs, and wood pieces before you start assembling, and label the big ones with post-its to save yourself ten thousand trips back to the box it came in.
(3) Some of the parts are mis-numbered in the assembly instructions. If you follow the pictures and proceed slowly and logically, you should be all right.
(4) Use a buffering cloth when hammering parts together, and don't use too big of a hammer. It is really easy to damage, dent or even break this one while assembling it.
The instructions are fairly clear, and the only tools you'll need are a lightweight hammer and a phillips-head screwdriver. But plan to spend 2-3 hours working on this. If you're the kind of person who likes things to arrive in one piece, or if you're a woman whose father didn't teach her how to wield a toolbox (fortunately mine did), then you'll want to think carefully before ordering.
But it does look quite nice in my kitchen now.

(More customer reviews)After spending hours looking at options for a TV stand or wall mount, I came to the decision to get a TV stand with a mount built in (because I live in an apartment). This is without a doubt the best choice in this category. It took me no more than 2 hours from the time I opened it until it was put together. The directions are pretty straightforward, even though I messed up a couple of times and had to backtrack. You can probably reduce the time it takes to build this by 50% if you have another person helping. Also, I HIGHLY recommend the 60" version over the 42" one. It is definitely worth the extra money. My 50" flat screen goes perfect with this stand.
Here are the pros:
- The parts were very well packed
- Looks sturdy, quality material. This should last me my entire lifetime...
- Simple, easy to follow directions. Everything is labeled.
- A plethora of screws/bolts for TV mounting options (your TV is almost sure to have the correct mounting screws included)
- The mount is the best mount I've ever used. The mount is made to be very easily adjustable. It tilts vertically, as well as horizontally. It will not, however, slide side-to-side (horizontally) or up and down (vertically), but the tilting options are more than enough.
- BEAUTIFUL STAND
- Plenty of space
Cons
- I've noticed dust collecting on the glass after a few days. I have a micro fiber cloth nearby now, and I'll probably have to make it a task to wipe it down real quick once a week. Not really much of a con though.
- It may take a little trial and error to get your TV on the stand at the desired height. You can eliminate the trial and error by doing some simple measuring/guesstimation though.
- Fingerprints might be a problem for people with kids.
- Might need extra washers. They gave me the exact number of washers that I needed, and I almost lost one when I dropped it.
Other things
Make sure you have plenty of space to put it together, and set aside a couple of hours to put it together. I have the TV the highest it will go (without allowing the mount to be visible) and there is about 7-8 inches from the top layer of glass to the bottom of my TV. This allows space for a quality center channel speaker to be placed directly under the TV. Lastly, if you're looking for a home theater system to go with this stand check out EMP Tek. Their Impression series speakers (in red burl color) match this stand perfectly; They will blow any mainstream brand speakers out of the water, too.
I can't really say enough about this stand. I have gotten comments on it from every last person that's seen it. I'm very happy with my purchase.

(More customer reviews)This is a solid wood kitchen cart which includes a knife box, a drawer, a towel rack, a cutting board, a wine rack shelf that holds 6 bottles, and a metal push handle. I purchased this product in April 2007 ($119/ + $34 s&h & tax) and received it in a relatively timely manner. It was fairly simple to put together, although the instructions were sparse (mostly pictures and hardly any text). Assembled in about 30 min once all parts had been accounted for. The only downfall was that it arrived with a damaged & unusable towel rack. Target sells the product, but the manufacturer is some place in Washington state. I tried to call them, but it was the weekend and they were closed. Notwithstanding that, this kitchen cart has performed well for almost 2 months. It is sturdy (except the chrome push handle is coming loose) and it has been used a lot. Works well as a table or counter extension, a vegetable cutting area (Although it comes with a wooden cutting board, I prefer to use one of those $3 thin plastic cutting sheets over a layer of newspaper -- that seems to hand the mess much better!), wine rack, breakfast bar, serving tray, or even a smoothie preparation station! This item has 4 casters and rolls well on a flat surface (minimal effort to move it over a rug); two casters are lockable.
Finally, the appearance is aesthetically pleasing and its beechwood beige color is sure to match almost any color scheme. I highly recommend this item, but call the company for a refund if yours comes broken like mine did. Also, it might be wise to modify this unit with locking washers for the chrome hardware.
