(More customer reviews)The Honeywell Station has many nice features, but the issue is some of the features do not work. We have are still having issues with the wind gauge... but these may be operator issues!
Things we enjoy-
- Many great features - especially for the price.
- A great gift for weather fans!
- With the exception of the wind gauge everything works great - including the barometric pressure.
- The Base Unit looks nice and has a relatively small footprint.
Areas for Improvement
- The unit did not come with all of the hardware needed
- An INSANE number of screws must be removed to install/remove batteries
- The Wind Gauge is still not working
- The Set-Screw for the wind gauge is very difficult to access.
- The numbers on the screen would be difficult to see if it was wall-mounted.
Going into set-up you need the following-
- LITHIUM batteries if you live in a climate that dips below 32 degrees.
- A good set of allen wrenches - since the one that comes with the unit is useless
- Some extra wood screws - since our unit did not come with all of the needed hardware.
- Cordless drill or screwdriver.
Final Verdict - mixed review - however at this point 3 1/2 stars --- going to 4 stars if we can get the wind gauge to work

I've been looking everywhere for shelves and nearly all of them are wood board and veneers, plus they were in the $300 range. I decided to get 'cheap and cheerful' shelves to use now while I take my time finding the perfect set. So I ordered two ladder shelves from target.com. Two days later they arrived, I put them together in less than an hour and they look fantastic. I'm not even going to look for my 'good' shelves anymore. I've already got them. Curtis International (Igloo's parent company) has terrible customer service and will not honor customer warranties. After a year of trying to ge this resolved, I have found out that they have an unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau and have many of these types of complaints. (More customer reviews)This is a piece of junk. It can barely keep wine cool in the winter with the heat off. The fan runs all the time no matter what. Furthermore, when the room temperature is a tad bit above 70 degrees, the light starts flashing along with a constant beeping. The only way to stop this, is to unplug it.
The manufacturer offers no suggestion other than saying it's probably the pc. In my mind "pc" is personal computer, not microprocessor which is probably what is controlling the light flashing and beeping. The manufacturer offers no method of getting a unit which is properly working, even though they shipped the original flashing and beeping unit. They consider it yours because you, well, opened their box. This is the kind of treatment that gives a bad name to internet shopping.

I was pleasantly surprised, these chairs are wonderful. You can see the quality. Putting them together was a breeze for my husband (with a drill) use it if you have it instead of the allen wrench that comes with them. We ordered two sets of two for my kitchen and I may order more to replace the chairs in my dining room (in a different color when available. Great buy! I have had them for a total of four hours now. If I have issues with longevity I will let you know. But as of right now I could not be more pleased!!
