(More customer reviews)This is a nice bench for the price, but be aware that you must assemble it. My husband is very handy and it took him two hours to assemble. There are no written instructions, just a drawing, which was mostly easy to follow, although small. Our item had one flaw: two holes for screws were not drilled. We drilled our own. We were pleased with the finished product: it is sturdy, well designed and attractive.
We have it in our mud room to sit on to take shoes off or put packages down, etc.
Works well there. The three drawers are smallish but handy, and there is room (10 inches) under the bench to put shoes on the floor. Also be aware that the finish has more of a "distressed" look than what appears in the picture, which you may or may not like.
