The frame is packaged in a nice box and an anti-tarnish fabric envelope. Wasn't sure what to expect from sterling at such a low price, but I am very very happy with this item.

(More customer reviews)This is certainly a beautiful and well made frame. However the opening is not 5x7 it is 4.5 x 6.5 approx. This is why I gave it 3 stars. So be aware of that. It will cut off certain parts of a picture and that is not good if you need the entire 5x7 showing. Otherwise it is very nice.
