A remarkable piece of decorative art, and a practical, effective room divider floor screen, two for one, offered here at an exceptionally low price. These screens are constructed from light, hard, durable, kiln dried Spruce, covered with vertical bamboo matchstick, laid side by side so close that light and air don't pass, unlike paper screens where shadows are visable. Though light & portable, these screens are particularly solid and sturdy, unlike flimsy paper screens, built to tolerate constant use. The lovely image is a reproduction of a classic Chinese painting of a imperial courtesan, renowned for her beauty, beautifully rendered here via lithographic print, frontside only. The back is plain bamboo matchstick, simple and attractive. Browse our Amazon store for a wide selection of extraordinary Asian & Buddhist art, simple, beautiful, practical home furnishings & lamps, as well as the web's largest selection of room dividers and shoji screens, from 2 ft, to 7 ft, tall, 3, 4, 5, or 6 panels wide! Adesso Hang It Up Room Divider Screen, Black Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I am a bellydance teacher and sometime costume maker; I have a lot of hip scarves and other accessory pieces that need to be easily accessible and stored out of reach of my pets. I've used folding screens for this purpose before, and this one looked perfect for the job, with its hanging rack and small shelves.
It's not an expensive piece, but I would not buy it again. Several of the welds have broken in the time I have had it (less than a year), and it is both flimsy and tippy due to the way it is screwed together.
