(More customer reviews)I received the item on time, yet some of the metal sockets which shape the bulb were actually snapped in half in the box. I contacted them to which a response took over a week. I opted in for a return to which they finally responded. I was notified I could return the items to them for a refund - less 25% restocking fee... curious that they restock broken merchandise. I would not recommend them since if you get a bad product like I did you will be paying shipping and handling to them so they can restock their trash can.
