South Shore Furniture Cakao Collection Full Mates Bed, Chocolate Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)We love this bed! It takes a while to put together, but totally worth it! You can't tell in the picture, but there are 4 drawers total, two on each side of the bed. The pictures on the instructions need to be looked at closely since the instructions don't say exactly what or where to places the parts, screws etc. The bed seems pretty sturdy so we think it will last for quite a while.

Danby Deluxe Mini Fridge with Freezer (4.3cu.ft.) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this from another retailer almost 9 years ago! Since then I've broken the freezer door off, but that's the only thing that has gone wrong. Every year or two you'll need to defrost the freezer, which is a pain. But that's not too bad considering the life of the product. The built-in can dispenser in the door is great and partially why I picked this model.

Coaster Button-Tufted Design Leather Headboard, Brown, Queen Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I love this product. It came quickly, looks great, and has held up for a while now. It does need to be dusted, that's the only maintinance. We kind of just attached it to our bed hap-hazardly, and it's been very sturdy. Definitely recommend this product!

Eureka 8851AVZ Capture Plus Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is one heavy vacuum and it has a louder than usual noise, a pitch that hurt my ears. However, the amount of dust and lint in the canister was amazing and the "power paw" is great for stairs and furniture and the duster is really a nice feature. The way it cleans itself is so cool. Overall, I'd say this is a great vacuum, but he noise and weight take away a few stars.

South Shore Furniture City Life Collection TV Stands Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)For over 2 months my wife and I looked EVERYWHERE to find the perfect unit to house our components since I just mounted the 40" LCD on the wall. We needed certain colors, height and width dimensions and also wanted to hide everything behind glass doors. This unit was PERFECT!
I had 2 concerns with this unit though.
1) My Harmony 880 Universal Remote (Buy one of these!!) wouldn't be able to penetrate the frosted glass.
2) Enclosing my components (most importantly the PS3 and receiver) behind doors would cause overheating.
I'm happy to report that none of my fears came true. The Harmony works through the frosted doors with ease.
I'm also happy to report that my components won't overheat. My last step in the building process was to attach the backing material to the unit. Before doing so I tried to wiggle the unit a little bit and it was rock solid. As a result I left the backing unit off so everything is open in the back.
If I was placing my TV on the stand then I probably would have installed the backing but since I don't have that weight I probably don't need the extra support.
I have nothing bad to say about this unit.

This attractive TV stand from South Shore Furniture’s City Life Collection almost matches the sleekness of the 50-inch flat screen television one might choose to place on it. With its warm honeydew finish, curved charcoal end panels, and its silver-coated handles and front support dowels, the TV stand blends effortlessly into modern interiors, yet remains simple enough to fit into less contemporary interiors.
South Shore crafted the TV stand out of strong laminated engineered wood and recycled fibers. To support the stand, silver-finished plastic feet are installed under the corners and center of the stand. Two open storage compartments below the unit’s wide top provide space for AV components, such as a DVD player, digital conversion box, or a video game player. To manage the cables that accompany such electronic devices, each open compartment offers two pre-installed holes in the unit’s back panel to allow organized and discrete wire passage. The TV stand also provides two drawers below the open compartments for storing DVDs, CDs, device manuals, and other miscellany. With a tug on its metal pull handle, each drawer opens smoothly on its Smart Glide slides . Matching City Life bookcases are available separately to partner with the TV stand. The TV stand necessitates adult home assembly. For defective parts or workmanship, a five-year limited warranty covers this item upon online registration. The Smart Glide slides benefit from a lifetime warranty. Assembled, the TV stand measures 60 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 22 inches high and weighs 95 pounds.

Danby DCR34 3.2-Cu.Ft. Compact Refrigerator with Freezer Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this refrigerator for my son to take with him to college and it ended up being a terrific choice. We were limited to less than 4.5 cu. feet, so in going lower than that, I thought this would end up being pretty small. Unboxed however, it was larger than I expected and bigger than the picture would lead you to believe; I'm 5'7" and this comes nearly up to my hip.
I purchased the black, and the entire refrigerator outer surface is a matte, slightly textured sort of fingerprint-proof finish that wipes clean very easily.
This was surprisingly quiet; having checked out models in our local appliance stores and finding them all annoyingly loud, I didn't think I could do any worse picking one online. This was a very pleasant surprise. It was whisper quiet on startup and when it kicked in each time the cooling cycle started, it barely even registered. There was no vibration, even when things started getting stacked on top (a coffee maker and the usual cups and junk).
The shelf levels are pretty short, non-moveable and not practical for anything other than snack and leftover storage use, which is exactly what my son's dorm use happens to be. The refrigerator comes with a clear plastic tray with holes for keeping eggs from rolling around and a miniscule (useless) ice cube tray. The freezer compartment is very tiny and I can't even imagine what you could fit in there beyond a handful of Popsicles, although it got nice and cold even on the mid-cool setting.
Just one word of warning: my unit came undamaged, and I can't speak for all shippers' policies, but be aware that if your unit comes in its original manufacturer's box, check it out immediately. There is absolutely no packing inside the box besides a thin top and bottom piece of styrofoam. I took the top piece out to unbox it and to my horror, found there was nothing else, that the box was actually the size of the refrigerator.
